描述
Add some variety to your Reassembly Universe with this new faction: The Far Collective

Introducing the Far Collective, a faction centred around the vast time difference occurring in space travel. They were originally a terran fleet, which have travelled over a colossal distance through space, the course spanning an immense duration. Over their long journey, they have incorporated their new-found technologies into themselves and their vessels. After aeons of change, who is to say that they are human anymore?

Features:
+ Well-sized palate of parts.
+ Colour scheme allows 3 colour choices.
+ Decisive, hard hitting drones and missiles (long cool downs though).
+ 26 Ship designs and buildings create a well-decorated and diverse environment.
+ Turning sytem relying on ' Gyroscope ' components which provide rotational force.

Considerations:
- Weapons such as trace rockets are better suited to Ripple Fire, so key bindings need alteration depending on preferences.
- Strong drones/missiles have a long cool down, for balancing purposes.
- Splash and shotgun style weapons can make it challenging to secure a kill early on.

I always really liked this mod and i tried it after reinstalling the game, but the buildings weren't appearing. I fixed it by going into blocks.lua and making the shape for "Colony Core" SEED_3 instead of GEM_3. I'm not sure when this change happened, but i also can't remember if the mod even had buildings years ago.

It's a nice vanilla-adjacent faction, the only real downside is the starting ship is nasty to play as. It takes a bit to get going.
