Is this save game compatible? I am playing as Carthage on the Grand campaign and have taken Magna Graca off the Romans but getting bogged down by agents for the last 50 turns... Getting annoying to say the least. Don't want to restart though as I am far in. I have seige towers and almost got Sodonian rights researched.

I will fix this situation

Tried it, it still has enemy agents act against my armies, and now I cannot retaliate because I have agent actions disabled. This made the game worse.
