Try to verify the the game file cache just in case the original files were messed with. I'll check it out though. I think the mod only works on the english version of the game.

for me just subscribing to it isnt working anymore. it used to, now its not. both rebuild audio cache console commands didnt work. then when i put the vpk files in mechanics file, it still doesnt work even with both reuild audio cache console commands. so idk
