well if you think out of the box like i did if you spawn them out of a spawn cannoin then they will be there no matter if it's online or local.

Well, I just talked to a forum moderator about it, and apparently those blocks just aren't available in online yet.

So for now, this is an Offline Multiplayer ONLY Map.
You can still download it for online, obviously, but it's not the full map without those blocks.

So apparently, the two explosive blocks will not appear in online games. These are crucial to the level, and it's kinda' ruined without them (without those blocks, the players closer to the sword gain a HUGE advantage).

The problem is not on my end, as I have checked multiple times, and those blocks DO appear in offline multiplayer, but will not appear in online... Even though they are clearly visible in this screenshot.

Please continue downloading the map, and I will try to get this fixed soon. I'm contacting the developer now. Hopefully, he can fix this issue.

Oh, it's not shown in the screenshot, but there are a bunch of golden weapons on the ceiling that can only be reached if you manage to get either a jetpack, a grappling hook, or wall boots (there are a pair of these in the locked room, but the other two can only be found randomly).
