报告翻译问题
Since it does feel pretty broken atm, I am hoping for an update sometime. If not, then so be it, but would really love to experience that difficulty again.
This mod should be compatible with the latest version of CS (including Industries DLC).

May be I'll add some compatibility options in this mod.
I'm investigating and trying to figure out what the conflict is. At the minute I have no idea what's causing it.
Set "Construction cost / Others" to change the terraforming cost.
For all those wondering: this is working just fine in Parklife from what I can tell.
Impossible mode is really impossible, I think. I couldn't break 3900-4000 population for days, but the incinerator and high-density residential zoning comes in at 7700. So I caved and set it to Challenge. So far it seems perfect (no plateaus).

If you have build 1-2 big cities already, I think "Expert" is good. Not too easy, not too hard.
This happens when your city is not properly connected to the outside with road. There should be roads for both entering AND leaving the city.
If this didn't help, it may be mod conflict.
