The (Ability To Read) Asset is a troll, as you're expected to read all of the assets.

All the parts work other than the Marriott... It shows up in the game, but has no name and can't be placed.

yeah, the same thing happened to me. whenever I have RICO enabled, it says that. but I'm not sure if it has anything to do with WTC.

so for now I've just had to play without RICO.

I'm afraid I can't help with that, I have no idea what could be causing it or a way to test it. If you're using the individual buildings, there should be an issue. Maybe try re-subbing. If you're using the sub-buildings version, try the same thing, or else see if the mod's enabled or not conflicting with another one. Otherwise, especially if the mod's broken, there's nothing I can do for now.

I've subbed to all assets, but only part one is locatable within the game. How do I get the other parts to the layout?

The variations in light intensity is because the buildings are separate parts and the game varies the lighting per building. I have no control over it.

Any chance you can check the illumination map for WTC Part 8 (Tower 2) . It seems darker at night than tower 1.

Part 10 (RICO) doesn't show up under Tourism. Had to use a search mod to find it (the correct version, not the yellowy one) and could plop it from there.

Specifically Part 11 is screaming no services ( i have two fire stations, 3 police stations, schools, parks subways all around the block). When i use Extended bulding information to check, the building has high pollution. Also, not to throw cold water on this, but Part 4 seems to have a crime problem and i have a Police HQ literally in front of it.

Understandable, but after i built the whole set, the tower right next to it is freaking out over "too few services" (which there are plenty) and now it is flashing low land value.

6 WTC was a customs office with a large customs warehouse below it, I thought it would be fitting and add variety to make it industrial.

Nice asset/mod you have made. What I have noticed in snow maps is the line where the assets come together stick out more with snow compared to non-snow maps. It's not really a big deal

Hi, I rechecked the RICO tabs and I found the following in:
Office: Parts 3, 6, 8, 11
Commercial High: Parts 4, 5, 7
Tourist: Part 10
Leisure: Part 9

EDIT: Okay I'm dumb, part 1 is also in office and part 2 in Industrial

I'm unsure, but I can't help but wonder if I accidentally used renamed versions of these when I updated them as RICO buildings. I don't know, but try re-plopping them. IF you can find them in the L6 Uniques menu. They're spread about in there. If they're not all in there, also try to give it time for them to download after subbing or re-subbing to them and before starting the game, make sure Steam finishes download all the parts, as they're quite large in filesize. IF you're using the RICO mod, however, they may not show up in the L6 build menu at all. Try the different categories of the RICO buildings panel, that's where you should find them. The parts are spread across high commercial, office, industrial, tourist and leisure.
