As a country, china exists 2000 years. The beginning of the united chinese nation is Qin dynasty in 221 BC. We can reform Ming to modern china, not 'form' china. Because china is always there. hah

I respect what you say. But I don't agree. You can't understand the meaning of the word China. Ming was China because it was a dynasty in China. But China is not just Ming. The word China has two meanings: abstract and concrete. In the abstract concept, China refers to Chinese culture and people, while in the concrete concept, China refers to the regime in this land.

Although Ming is China (it's just the dynasty name attributed to China, like the Ottoman's were Turkey but it was named after the Osman dynasty) - the flag is so cool but it looks like a kid went on clipart and slapped a few pictures onto a red canvas to make the flag but I like it. The sun isn't my favourite and the five stars came from Communism and shouldn't be on a feudal flag.
