E and D, unlike most mod support, is very complicated.

Excuse me? I don't know where to begin with that, I mean, this is a mod adding the Cumans, not the Yenisei . . .
Those are different mods, so no, it does not have any support for E and D, or any mods not mentioned in the support list.
Glad you liked it, I was looking for a Steppe civ to do, and the Cumans certainly piqued my interest.
Well, they're still alot weaker, and, yeah, they're designed to take flat cities, it is a steppe civ after all. Most civs could be considered "OP" if the conditions are right.
Well, it is a little more complicated than that, the Chabani are much trickier to use on rough terrain, where their movement bonuses become much more meagre. They are in general significantly weaker than regular trebuchet.
That really doesn't help me much

Haha, yes, it was tricky to balance them, but I think I made the right design choices.
