Well he kinda is Odessa, but he has a different voice. Maybe Odell had a cold for being out in the ice cold snowy that made his voice mess up which made his accent mess up.

i can, when i have the time, meanwhile, if it's the ragdoll that you're looking for, then go to addons in the builds tab, and look for my addon, or just search Odell in the search tab ;)

maybe, thanks for pointing that out, it's strange, because my raw addon folder is fine, but the .gma folder isn't, must've been a compile error, i'll fix it asap ;)

the npc relies on a citizen base, but the actual model and textures are diferent, if you extract the addon(feel free to do so :) ), you can confirm it

Stop lying, this isn't an SNPC.
It's a reskinned citizen.
