the issue is that there seems to be too many prop physics , when the map reloads it makes everyone laggy and it stops when enough props break

I have a version of this map that has the CS:S and stuff packed into it, removing the need to have CS:S or the Sims 2 Furniture Addon. Let me know if you'd like to upload it.

I see, but i'm asking if there are any Npcs Nodes, Npcs Nodes are thing that are made within the map, that allows npcs to move around freely, like in gm_construct where they can go freely whenever they want to, some maps that do not have npcs nodes, npcs will just stand on their places and will only move if scared.
