all of my female uncommons include both males and females. On a technical level, they don't use what other mods refer to as RNG, but the result is equivalent for the user.

Hi. I really like this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=191186064 as Boomette (female Boomer). However that mod only replace male Boomer. Would you please make it female Boomette so I can use it :D
