im the type of guy that always adds a buster sword mod first in any game i play. how the fuck did it take me 3 years to find this?

Still works. Just tested it out on my server. problem is even with 375% melee damage the masamune only does 180 damage. range is still longer that a metal sword but damage wise compare3d to metal sword and buster it's different.

For some reason the Buster sword due to my melee percentage does 329 while the metal sword does 269

Can you please add INI settings to adjust the damage like Flaming Swords has? This makes these nice for higher level servers, etc. This was my favorite mod since over a year. Would like to put it back on with my servers with wild level 600+ dinos.

if this is legit u should have made 1 hand weapons out of other games. dont get me wrong i am very hiped over those but i wont request this mod on the server i was playing because due to the fact that they hold the weapon not like in final fantasy makes it senseless.. damn hailstorm of wow is a real good weapon the way the character holds.. anway very nice from the look itself

No it should be there, might be an error with Ark or steam, try logging out and then logging in and re subscribing

Now that the Sword and Shield is out. Perhaps you could modify the swords to be similar to the vanilla sword but of course with the range and damage as you left it as before. I know it's silly but i always wanted to use a Katana with a shield! i'm certain people always wanted to wield a BFS like cloud's too with a Shield as well which is physically impossible IRL but would be fun to be able to do it. I'm just wondering if it's possible. i am reinstalling the game as well speak due to the updates screwing me big time from playing with mods and even Vanilla settings due to some corruption that occured after the major update.

Well it's more like i keep getting timed out. and now i'm trying to do it with the small dragons alone just to get my server running again because my friend couldn't get in due to 2 other mods i used to have. i decided to get rid of them. i'm still in process of getting my server to work again with small dragons mod. once it works i will try this mod again because i really enjoyed having a 7 Ft long Masamune. ah thanks i had a gut feeling it was still useful for harvesting too.

@vocal they are the same as far as harvesting but attack wise they are stronger. What is happening that you see and interference,

i think this needs to be updated man. i think the recent updates finally cause this mod to interfere and time out along with other mods like small dragons. :(

love it. it's durable enough to use for harvesting ore and trees. question, is it more effective to use other metal tools like metal pick or hatchet, than the Swords? or is gathering with the swords about the same thing?

because that would require me to change the animation of the game, which one I don't have a lot of experience with animations and two that would mean changing the core data which would make this mod not stackable for some mods
