What I don't like about it is the brickwork in front goes over the road... That's really annoying.

It should be fixed now. The LOD was re-generated when i updated for AD, and i didn't checked it out (Sorry :KOh:). I re-imported the 3d model and got a different LOD without the specular issue.

This asset has a specular issue with the LOD I think. Here's an animated gif displaying what it does in the game. I tracked this asset down via ModTools in game to this workshop entry.
