This converted to a library asset and added to the workshop would be good, but not replacing this version as a park. I’m using this as a community center in a suburb, not a library.

Since the Free University Update adds Libraries, maybe you could convert it into a functioning library

Beautiful building. Does this have any education effect (as a library should -- similar to the way the sauna has a mild health effect), or is it just a park?

Amazing looking building. I'll give it a try and make it an education building, or something... IMO, it's too good just to be a park..

@Drosovila is it supposed to be flipped around now? I noticed the opening was facing away from the street and wasn't sure if it was wrong before the update or after. Thanks!

I'd love to do a undergroubd statuon but sadly it's not possible. But i'm working on another 4 track train station so there's that.

@BGENV4 The first is Photoreal3 and second is CornWilliams IIRC..
