This converted to a library asset and added to the workshop would be good, but not replacing this version as a park. I’m using this as a community center in a suburb, not a library.

Beautiful building. Does this have any education effect (as a library should -- similar to the way the sauna has a mild health effect), or is it just a park?

I'd love to do a undergroubd statuon but sadly it's not possible. But i'm working on another 4 track train station so there's that.

@BGENV4 The first is Photoreal3 and second is CornWilliams IIRC..
