Does this add tracer mags for all the guns or replace every round in every mag with tracers? Also does it work well in MP?

ACE version is up (looking at you Mr.SoloDolo), its a separat workshop item that should be used on its own, and not in combination with this one.

It's always summer somewhere in the world. RHS versions released now, skål! Also ACE version coming soon. Might do it this winter ;)
