@Dr.Beakman: those arrers are common for train assets indeed, I get a bunch of them myself. I will look into it, all my trains are due for an update anyway.

They don't seem to work for me, they just show the generic train type.

Not sure, I had some conflicting mods/assets (and the "object not set ...." error) so I could not play the game. Unsubscribing was the easiest way to exclude these assets were the culprit, and that worked. I've unsubbed some mods too, so I'm not going as far to say that your assets are incompatible..
I'll resubscribe tomorrow and will let you know.

Since the update last week: upon load it gives an error: Custom Assets: 506272135.Trailer0: Duplicate prefab name

After Dark update!

Thanks for the offer of assistance. I was able to fix it by using the Pause on Load Mod (game crashed soon as I unpaused), deleting all my train lines, & using AVO to despawn all vehicles.

I was using AVO to only allow spawning of 526593266 for passenger trains (since I liked it so much), so maybe since that asset was deleted it caused mods to bomb because there was no train asset to spawn... :KOh:

Assets like this shouldn't crash your game, only mods do that. If you show me a screenshot of the error I'll try to help you :)

Since you deleted 526593266 I can no longer load my saved games that used it...game just crashes.
