When used with https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=112806637&searchtext=gmod+legs+3 it will make mess up your leg textures.
As if the effect will never finish from the players POV.
(Though this can be easially fixed manually by reloading player models)
Just a friendly FYI for anyone that happens to use both.
