I tried damaging it but it doesn't deform like in the pictures. Is this fault of my PC (I3 gen core) or the advanced bone tool?

1)HL2's jeep remains shattered to decompiler
2)The only tutorial that I find is from developer.valvesoftware.com but is not my strong side since requires making animations for the vehicle from 0 Scripting,etc and my compiler gets crazy trying to compile this car, so I Cant
