its actually quite easy to break it, all you have to do is overbend the catapult arm and it will destroy itself

I think you are confussing low positive pressure with low negitive pressure (suction). Any pressure above atmospheric pressure is postivie pressure and any pressure below atmospheric pressure is negative pressure, What I mean by hovercraft using low pressure is that the atmospheric pressure under a hovercraft is typically about 0.07psi comparred to a basketball of about 8.5 psi. Yeah it's weird with the weight of things in besige, like the ballast weights can be 0.2 weight vs a block of 1 weight lol.

The pressure difference between the higher pressure air below the hull and lower pressure ambient air above it produces lift, which causes the hull to float above the running surface."(a quick google search gave multiple sources claiming this).

If there were low pressure under the hovercraft, it would get sucked to the ground. But I have to try out yours, it sounds cool! Did you know that boulders are lighter than torches?

First in real life they use low pressure under a skirt not high pressure, a hovercraft has a very light foot print. Secondy a cusion is not nessary for a hovercraft to hover it just allows it to go over rough terrain, my hovercraft uses multiply pads to hover but is still a hovercraft by definition. Just because everyone else uses the wrong term does not mean you should too.

@OUTLET_MASTER_(YT), Who ever said hovercraft should be easy to control? Hovercraft only float millimeters off the ground but most use a skirt to allow them to cover rought terrain.

Hybrid_Berry, if you look back in the comments, I explained how it's of no use to actually build a hovercraft in Besiege. In real life they use high pressure under a cushion, this is not possible in Besiege, and to make something that actually hovers you have to make an aircraft. I already made some quads and just yesterday an attack helicopter, so I wasn't interested in that. I also noticed a lot of people calling sleds Hovercraft and sleds have very little friction in Besiege so try control like hovercraft.

@Hybrid_Berry, The hovercraft you built can barely get off the ground if not slide, and if anything touches it, it will stop, also very hard to control, so dont start something with this guy his is faster and smoother and actually gets off the ground quite high.

Dude Jaway, it is as invincible as it gets in Besiege. Vehicles in invincible mode also get destroyed in those moving parts of the sandbox. Fortunately, you don't have those in the zones :)

I didn't think this one would be so big, I have added disclaimers to my other "invincible" stuff. The trick is that grabbers will never let go. I'm sorry you feel this way :(

For a real "invincible" vehicle, try my Adamanteum Micro Tank II.

KittyPause, unfortunately, hovercrafts can't be made in Besiege the same way they are built in real life. That's because Besiege has limited aerodynamics. The only way to make a hovercraft would be to make a hovering aircraft with only yaw as controls.

Looks cool and a nice build, how do you get the pick-up widget to hold the bomb, or do you have to drop it somewhere and pick up independently, whenever I've tried this the bomb won't attach.

xhuggels, Thanks, but as I explained in the desc of the YT video and on reddit, the steering is taken from Core88's Hovershadow. Her hovershadow is a quadcopter, but I used it for a hovercraft.

It is totally her invention though.

Also phantom, im pretty sure he means you cant use his thing(for instance appearance and all the other stuff), not that you cant use the science because he himself used the steam science to build this(though i could be wrong lol). The stearing is a science Algae invented, and i say good job there!
