You should never change water budget if all you have is sewage treatment. Since changing input of sewage stalls the conversion process and this can actually cascade to a total collapse of ALL sewage treatment plants.

The reason is simple. This building does not PRODUCE water, it converts sewage. You should ALWAYS have at least 1 water production building and 1 sewage output building (even if you disable em)

I understood a reason.
This asset does not permit 1% of budget cuts either.

Just a heads-up, I updated this asset with a custom LOD. Here is hoping this works right. Distortion was annoying at far zoom levels (I don't care with the other buildings in the set, but with this one auto-gen LOD was horrible)

Yes that's possible and *very* easy to do, and I think I know why you want that too ;) Resulting model would be 512 triangles and 3x4 ... gonna upload that
