I've added them to the HWM Scout Model but every texture is black (the bracelets aswell).

Make sure you are most definitely using the Valve SFM model, not the "Enhanced" one. Also, make sure you're not using the zero slider on "hlp_forearm_L" or "hlp_forearm_R", since those don't get bound to anything

On the champ stamp, I don't see the tattoos

I use the HWM models because unlike the default models, they have more diverse and useful flexes and they have High-quality hands (not just rectangles)

I mean is the HWM meshing any better on its own versus the normal in your opinion other than incompatible cosmetics?

The HWM scout arm, while it looks mostly similar, it has a slightly different mesh, and most of the rigging is different (especially around the shoulder)

Valve's "Optimizations"

You say that like Valve did a deliberate dickmove. Leaving out the cosmetics, how does normal scout arm compare to HWM scout arm at angles?
