How do we equip the skins on the vehicle because I do not even after downloading it I try all the appearance

Doesn't matter where it extracts to, but opening the GMA is what matters.

Update: Yep its now just black... I have the required stuff. My texture quality was High yesterday. Today i did put it on Very High but the skin was just black then. Please do something with the skin or like update the skin or something

It must be a problem with your SVN or graphics. I haven't had anyone come to me with this problem yet, and the skin still works with me. Sometimes TDM Cars get strange errors like that, try turning up the texture quality.

Well i tok the skin and did put it on my car. it just like deleted my car doors and hood and trunk! I NEED HELP

I was, but I have no clue as to how the whole callsign system works in NY, that all comes to play with the markings on the sides and trunk, so I just based it off the fictional ones from the TV shows, since the NYPD has not supplied their fleet with this generation Charger.

Not to be a ♥♥♥♥, but a better skin would have the highway patrol lettering, as the nypd only uses chargers for HP

The red/blue light has been done since idk 2013.

That's just for TV/Movies, would be badass if it were in the actual fleet. Also, it works well if you use the valor lightbar along with the TDM's NYPD pushbar.
