I use Photoshop and it automatically adjusts the image upon resizing/rotating, so you're out of luck there. Try googling for a solution.

Thank you. I've been using paint.net so I'll be sure to try that out. The emblem is 900 x 900 pixels but I'm new to this and I don't know how to resize and rotate it without it becoming so choppy. If you could explain how i can accomplish that I can make this mod the best it can be.,

Can I give you one little tip if you decide to make any more mods?
Recolor Tool AKA Color Replacement Tool. It lets you change the color of something while keeping the details intact, instead of just making everything you brush over the same exact solid color.
The tool is available in both Paint.NET (which is free to get) and Photoshop.
Also, I'm sure you can find a better resolution Deadpool emblem than that.
Anyway, if you decide to take my advice, I'd love to see you redo this mod proper.
