Not a bad start but I would suggest opening the save file instead. Then edit your finances to $10 million, plus then you can unlock all the research options you want in the save file as well so you have the accountant and can buy land expansions before you even begin building. That way you can expand to both sides of the road and have the wall completely enclose your entrances as well. I also changed the research to allow everything that was unlockable so you can immediately have janitors and gardeners to clean your prison when you first open since it can take a while to build some really good cell blocks the way you want. That way when you cram your first prisoners in your holding cell you have the time to let the workers actually build the layout you want. And with more money (plus the accountant from the start you can go over your daily cash flow) you can also hire 50 workers initially to make the project go much faster!

City Builder, all workship items will be under your Extras menu under Prison Sharing.

Not trying to be rude but if you want to post a prison actually post a prison. It's extremely easy to alter your money. Also I can't say this is a Template since it only covers 5% of the map so if you ask me its a quite... lackluster map. Im not going to downrate though because i'm not that kind of guy ;)

I'm subscribed to this but it doesn't show up as a mod or as a saved game in my game. Wondering what it is that I'm doing wrong that it won't show up as a saved prison in my game to load.

Thanks. I appreciate the kind comments people. I been streaming this most of the week on Twitch, and instead of making people wait 30 mins while I lay this out to get it going it's a big help to have a startup to just head into facility planning. Nice little tip for you to save some extra room since you don't need the entire front gate area is to place a decent sized 11*11 reception area in the bottom left corner of the delivery area. You can catch a reference on how this map was used on my Normwellington prison also on workshop. [Link for reference, below].
