В консоль "unban (стим айди друга)", либо, если у тебя темно серая консолька от валвы, устанавливаешь время бана на 0

dude i think this addon is completely outdated and useless cuz i made it some years ago, and now i know lot than before. I may create new similar addon with more optimization and less bugs

You need to insert Lua code and run it on the server to set anybody as admin. (More easier way is just type "ulx adduser <nick> <group>" in server console)

If you want restrict weapons, install ULX and ULIB, then edit "URS" inset. (maybe you need to install URS module, i don't remembered that.)
