I think there's an error with that in-game modding hub section or steam.
I recommend you to re-subscribe those and wait till completely downloaded in CoH2 Modding Hub.

I subscribe to them all, but they don't work and appear? Why is that exactly? I'm looking into my faceplates selection, but I don't see all these KC covers.
