Victorypointgames has removed the Rules from their page as far as I can tell. I'm having trouble finding the complete rules anywhere on the internet. Could you provide a scan of the rulebook?

They are not included at this moment.
I have access to them (all cards and pieces), scanned and ready. Unfortunately I don't have any interest in adding them atm. I could send the files to you if you have the inclination though.

No problem! I did it for myself and a friend, but might aswell share it :).
I found pictures of the pieces online (shitty quality, not it does not really matter) but had to find a scanner for the cards.
