Yeah.Here is my win codition mod http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=424454304 that you can increase popcap and resources.Also you will find another link there for a slighty different version of this mod.Also please read description to both of them.

Because the abilities now add it by the win codition mod that i made for resources.Follow the link in the description and read about that.
