It's an IED, the insurgent equivalent to C4, the cellphone is the detonator. You have to be a sapper to get it, I think.

Thanks) At the explosion of cache, one sound, as for insurgents so for security forces.Changing it in any way is impossible. On it when security forces will blow up cache, present that it insurgents yell )
