@[SRG] Miles Kilo: No the devs separated the carryhandle model files of the M16A4 and M4A1 several patches ago. Should work without a problem.

Dont know how or why but whenever i add this mod, my m16,m4's start to do weird disappearing glitches.

The model is working, but the texture is a beautiful pink-grey.

I got a problem with the mod,I think it's because I use a custom M16 mod,but I don't really know if that changes the carry handle:

I was using the Designated Marksman class for the screenshot. Do you want me to upload a "fixed" version of the Rifleman sleeves? There's already a Desert MARPAT sleeve mod on the workshop, but I'll upload the default one for the Rifleman if you want.
