I've install all the mods, but whenever I get to a building its completly empty except for a few clothing spawns.

Some gun mods you cannot pickup, thats not my problem. That are the mods itself, because since Nelson Sexton updated the game to version "3.11.9.1 Patch" some mods are un-pickupable for sone reason... ("Example: If you pickup a legit item (not a mod, like a honeybadger or a cloth) and then looking at a modded gun, the game won't load the item specifications, it will load a text cloud like, and it say if you looked at a legit item or if you had a message like "Missing space" or "[R] Reload" it also say that when you looking at a modded gun from a few mods like Lunar Guns or The Gun Box. This is a message to who want to know why this problem is happening :) (NEXT UPDATE MAP 28 JULY 2015)
