The reason it might be bugged is I TRIED to make it so the generals were only recruitable during the very first year/turn of a new campaign.
Even if you started a new campaign though, they'd probably be bugged.
All of this is from Total War Arena

I'm gonna make a V2 of these mods after my exams finish, try n fix all of the annoying problems once and for all. Can't do it atm tho.
I guess we've just gotta accept the campaign bit of this mod is a bit buggy. I might try to do an entire overhaul when new models are released but atm I don't have the time.
Am playing Main Campaign for Rome, and am at the point where I'm needing to raise new armies. The problem is that now every single general model choice is either Scipio, Germanicus or Caesar.
I'm not getting a chance to select other general model/portrait types.
Does this balance out eventually? At the moment I've got three Scipios and two Caesars lookalikes in the field :D
I doubt it will be cos I made sure to remove it but meh only reason I can think of. Also you got both mods enabled?
