Absolutley nothing about the trader has been changed within this mod, only the file for the mine. If your game crashed it could be due to other conflictions or glitches within Banished. Please try enableing this mod in the mod list along with any others ou wish, and then exit Banished enitlrey after confirming mod changes. Relaunch Banished and start a new game, if it still has crashes the problem most likely exists elsewhere.
Most likely but it all depends on what exactly Better Mining changes, and whether or not the mod author knows to only edit the sections of code pertaining directly to the desired changes... That being said, if you ensure that my mod is placed higher than Better Mines in the load order, all should be well. I use this with Unlimited Mines and Quarries without a hitch and they are very similar.
@Evil Nosferatu
I think that can be arranged, its been a while since I've made a mod. However, I will choose to create a new mod entirely rather than update this one, as that has a tendency to break peoples save files. I'm thinking this mods functions plus the ability to remove quarries, and place them on/in mountains if possible, saving farmland. I will have to play around with this but be on the lookout... :)
Well there are a few thing you can try if you have not already. First, try using this mod without any other mods enabled, also start a new file when using the mod. If this does not work, then try exiting banished after making any changes to your mod list(no mods enables besides this one), then relaucnh banished and try to play again. If this work, try re-enabling mods to see what may cause a conflict.
Already exists. http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=319888373
I recall trying out the old version, w/ unlimited loaded too, they were two seperate buildings to build. However even if that is the case now, with this version you can remove the mine when it depletes, and build a new one to replace it. That should be unlimited in a more balance way at least.
Yes it is, should be compatible with most mods out there.
