Get wire mod, and learn use E2 to use as Holo Model. so u can put wheels on and axis on Sprops Plate. (E2 placed in middle of plate)

trainz 12 tram in that one DLC that has it, im posting the request here because i cant in the discussion, and i want the tram to have pre-added wheels so i dont have to go through the trouble of adding the wheels
