C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\440 if you have a 64 bit operating system, or
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\440 if you have a 32 bit operating system. All you need to do is open the folders in there until you find the map, then copy/paste it to your TF2 maps folder.
You can look up tutorials online if you're stuck.
