I would like to, but sadly, i don't know alot about lua, i kinda only know basic editing by grabbing certain things, mostly values so, not sure how i can contribute in GitHub, never tried to contribute something there.
Saw your comment on SCars about the checkpoint system.Currently it supports any HL2 vehicle and SCars which was the broadest possible selection at the time. The other vehicle frameworks probably don't use the hl2 seats for players which means it won't detect them as the seats counts as vehicles. Regardless I wouldn't mind having support for more. SCars is open source and you can contribute here if you want to change the checkpoint system to support more. https://github.com/sakarias88/scars-slim
