Man its just the fact that you are the artist, that makes you see it as imperfect. I know that feeling all too well, as I sketch myself. To me the thing looks absolutely perfect.

Still working on it but I am not that happy with the current cap ( http://abload.de/img/unfinishedhat2dis1v.png ) ...something is missing but I do not know what. If someone has any good ideas do not hesitate to let me know.

Would be cool if for the crew, instead of the Pilot Cap, they had PIlotka style hats between the headphones, like the german tank crewmen did in ww2.

Unfortunately it is not possible to attach an object on another bone than the head, but I like your idea.

Are you going to add anykind of microphone? I think that you should add 'throat michrophone'.
