where it will sneak near a player or npc than stab them

It's a target shield. it's the same one you can find in Dark Souls, and it's used by the hollow thieves.

Actually now that I've actually gotten to use the model it feels more like a Twilight Princess styled take on the Garo from Majora's Mask. Which is neat.

Where's that shield from though? I don't remember it being in this addon.

It does remind me a bit of Dark Link. I bet some of this Dark Souls stuff would fit nicely with the Twilight Princess/Brawl models.
