I think i might make a quick video to help everyone in the comments who can't figure it out.
every time that i need to add something that isnt in the workshop, the prosece makes me want to see how long after being shot in the face by a shotgun does it take for you to die.

After that, in SFM on the left side menu, right-click on the screens' model and Add Override Materials. Then right-click the screens' model again and Show In Element Viewer > Model. This opens the details about your model including textures. Let's say you want to change the main screen, so click the + of the scr7main. You just need to rename this last part I have selected in this picture to the name of your file https://imgur.com/a/q987Q and then go to this scripts menu up here and select reload all materials https://imgur.com/a/TmQC5 . This should make the image show up on it.
MLP Fire Lily Any video, as long as it has been converted to Animated VTF. The frame rate might be a problem if you don't know the original's frame rate.
