all of these sounds of the npc's quiet please fix them and put a video please because the images do not make sence put a video to make it more improved

Having the same problem. For some reason Black Mesa addons just don't work on certain computers. Happend to me after getting my new computer.
Tried reinstalling the game just now, and still no mods work.

If it doesn't work after restarting the game, try typing "snd_restart" into the console. I don't know why, but this game just doesn't like sound mods.

@[RA]Deadpool I didn't like the new sounds so I replaced them with the old ones. The zombie sounds are one of the only few things I actually dislike in Black Mesa.

I replaced most of the monster sounds for myself a while back in the mod version. I only uploaded the houndeye sounds because somebody asked for it.

Since I already replaced most of the sounds, I decided to update and upload them because nobody else has done it yet.

I made the barnacle and headcrab skins because I was bored, and they were easy to make. Anything else after that was made because people wanted me to make more reskins, and nothing was stopping me from doing that.

I don't understand why this bothers you.

@TheAwesomeGuy I just finished a gluon gun skin a few days ago, but it's horrible. I'll try to finish the vortigaunt skin before I do anything else.
