To find the escalator model search for "escalatortall.mdl", but you'll have to add the steps by yourself.
Also is that escalator model in the game already?
This is probably only one of the most creative aim maps I've ever seen.

It's pretty easy to change the models, you just need to create a file with the name of your map and .KV extension (edit it using the notepad). You can make it manually, following this guide: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Choosing_Player_Models , but I suggest making it in this online tool: http://kvfilegen.appspot.com . CSGO Map Publish Tool will automatically pack the file, just put it in the directory of your map.

I have played this map with friends and they mean the map is nice too.
