are your mass effect races available OFF the workshop? (i like to be the one in control of my system and what is updated and when...i do not trust the workshop)

I have unmodded game, latest ver. 1.82
Have DLCs:
Mega Events, Revenge of the Snathi, Ship Designer's Toolbox, Mercenaries Expansion Pack
Tested on my main machine and on laptop.

Neo is a Greek word, therefore it does not fit the protheans who are based on the Romans.

You should rename it to the Neo-Prothean empire just so it sounds more... Imperial? But what does a lowly earth dweller know XD.

There is a Collectors race that I uploaded awhile ago.

actually collectors would fit more then be funny...if you watch the Javik scenes he is fighting changed Protheans (husk Variant but still implies more)
