Hope you don't like bumps but I'm looking for that RAS stock model and can't find it anywhere else. Can I use the stock model for a Gmod/SFM model port I'm doing?

The color scheme reminds me of the FN Minimi Mk3, and it looks like a Mk3 (except for the stock). Overall, pretty good m8.

Animations are up-to-date, model smoothing and some texture issues were fixed too and worldmodel is working properly now. I followed Blackout1337's advice and removed the carryhandle, it was useless anyway.

I will be needing this for my MAG mod when I get it going. This was one of the most use Valor guns I used. What a beast! :)

I do know how to change attachment point, but for that you have to also re-do all the deltas, and imo that's just not worth it because of the barrel length. You're right about the naming, this was intended to look like Mod 0.

Oh I see, but didn't Tigg's tutorial cover shifting attachment points or something? I think I saw him shifting the flashlights and suppressor over to his KS23 :P

Might wanna rename to Mod 0 when you update it heheh, the handguard for the Mod 1 is different.

Mod 0 [pto4.com] that's been discontinued in favour of Mod 1 [pto4.com].

To be fair, the Mod 1 does have a carry handle, but I doubt you would want to model a new handguard from scratch haha.

Shortening the barrel would leave the suppressor floating, as this is done just through the model hack. But removing the handle is probably a good idea.

You might want to shorten the barrel and remove the carry handle. Pretty sure Mk 46s in general don't have carry handles, and had shorter barrels to decrease weight. You know, USSOCOM stuff.

@@War & Farengar : you are right, modders can't answer every single plea. That's why I always try to make it sound more like suggestions than actual "beggings". I'm just dropping ideas here and there with the thought that maybe other people would be interested in such things. I have no skills in modding whatsoever and even though I would like to be able to make mods and share them, I don't have either the time or dedication to learn from scratch. So even if it sounds like I'm asking a lot, again, these are just suggestions, nothing else. And who knows? Maybe these could give ideas to other modders! :)

That's the best approach, since modders can't really make mod variants for everyone even if they really wanted to.

@ PsychoFleyx: I used to be like you, begging modders to do things for me. I eventually realized that you must make things on your own if you are to get what you want. Consider trying to lean how to mod insurgency.

I love every bit of this gun except the stock. Really to me third person view makes it super tiniy and short. Would it be possible to get this skin with the original M249 stock?
