@rik4000 thx for your reply! After visiting your assets my subs are now 2102 so I think props are also grabbed

@SonOfNitrous - Walls and trees are now part of the asset if you are subscribed to the props.

Building on the screenshots looks different to preview - are walls and trees handplaced? Thx in advance

yep, that was the problem.

If you update the assets, I got another idea for you: Modify the backyards a little bit. the pavement behind the buildings looks very monotone. You could replace the pavement with grass or the tiled floor provided by the game, and maybe plant trees in a few of the backyards

Hmm i was thinking that today as it happens. If you could check my tescos express and subway buildings for a panel fence as i think they have the published props already (ive just deleted the local panel fence and those building still have fences in my game). If they do have them then you're probably right....which means i may have to update all my assets again :(

Rik, I may know why the props are not working for other people. You are probably using your local versions of the props. Delete those and subscribe to the published props from the workshop, use those instead!
