It should replace the sniper's SMG or to be used as an alternative to the scout's primary weapon like in Counter-Strike how the M4a1s is an alternative to the M4A4. You have two options to choose from, each with its advantages and disadvantages.

Scout had a SMG in TF2 Beta. Soldier and Pyro Got more Unbalanced weapons than Scout.

Am I the only one who thinks this will make the Scout overpowered?

It'd be cool if this were a Scout primary. Max ramp-up 18 damage, firing interval of 0.1, clip size of about let's say 30.... not sure about reload time.
