I heard that in Mapbase, the combine core shader has been fixed so it doesn't haft to be at a specific coordinate? If that's true, I'd be very grateful to understand how it was fixed because I'm looking for a fix for my mod, thank you!

Hey Blixibon, I found what I think is a bug with Mapbase a while ago that's related to viewmodels. Specifically, ACT_VM_FIRSTDRAW doesn't trigger events 3005, 3013, and 3016, making the crossbow's rebar look like it's glowing during it's first draw animation in EZ2 despite those same events being present and set up correctly in the crossbow's qc file.

Normally this isn't noticeable because both of the vmt files for the crossbow's body point to the glowing texture, which I've made a fix for that makes the issue above more far more obvious.
(You can find it under "Fixed Crossbow Glow" in EZ2's workshop.)

Is it possible to fix this relatively small issue and hopefully have it be integrated into EZ2 in the near future? :steamhappy:
