Don't know how to fix it but this is what's wrong with it (used xAdmin to change model) and it gave me this error in the console

MDLCache: Failed load of .VTX data for jessev92/player/misc/OsamaBL1.mdl

Can't be too mad it is a fairly old mod that hasn't been updated :)
