you cannot put them on yourself (unless maybe with PAC3, go visit them to find out how), you can use bonemerger tool to put them on ragdolls, won't work with all ragdolls. There are no sweps for these, yet, means you cannot use them.

They're technically Valve's heavy's boxing gloves. So I don't really care, as I stated above, I claim none of these...so go ahead.
