Ah I see, I think your best bet is to make it dark blue, or try to match Gordon's eyes (brownish) but thats just my opinion.

Yes. She does. This is due to the intensity of the bump map. I've uploaded an updated version with less pronounced bumps to SFMLab and will update it here shortly.

No. The way the eye textures were set up in game was kind of confusing to me. I tried to approximate it to screenshots I found online, but frankly I did a poor job there.
